A new building-access credential from CondoClimate, LLC
Any Phone. Any Case.
No More Fob.
Give your residents another way to enter their building.
PhoneFob is a thin RFID building-access credential designed to fit between a smartphone and its protective case, so residents no longer need to carry a separate building-access fob. Compatibility depends on the building's installed access-control technology and physical testing.

How It Works
Three steps, no new habits.
PhoneFob is not a phone feature. It is a separate, passive RFID credential that lives inside the case you already use.
Insert
Place PhoneFob inside your compatible existing smartphone case.
Tap
Hold your phone near your building's compatible access reader.
Enter
Access authorized entrances, elevators, amenities, and other permitted areas using your building's existing access-control procedures.
No battery. No charging. No app.
PhoneFob is issued and authorized by building management, exactly like a traditional credential. It carries no power source, no radio pairing and no software of its own.
Why PhoneFob
The same access, carried differently.
Some traditional fob features vary by manufacturer. The tracking benefit comes from the phone's own location features, not the RFID disc, which is passive and contains no GPS, Bluetooth or tracking system. Wireless charging compatibility is a design objective subject to phone, case and charger testing. The printed DO NOT DUPLICATE warning is a deterrent, not a technical anti-copying mechanism.
For Building Management
A New Convenience for Residents. Your Existing Access System.

For Residents
Your Phone Is Already With You. Why Carry Another Fob?
Your building access can travel with the device you already check a hundred times a day. PhoneFob sits between your phone and its case, so there is nothing extra to remember on the way out the door. PhoneFob is supplied through building management, so ask yours whether it is available.
Ask Your BuildingPhoneFob is supplied through your building, not sold directly to residents. Ask your building management to look into it.
